  • Ok the problem/gripe I have been having lately with international ghost hunters is that say your only main language is English and your say in Spain, Germany, Russia...... why are you speaking English? lol  its really made me wonder on certain groups going into a haunted place and only speaking english in a non english speaking territory or place where its residence speak no English.  Then those ghost hunters wonder why they only get an upset response well gee I wonder maybe its because they cant understand you and want to communicate.....  Or possibly just annoyed by you. My point is if you are ever hunting in a place that English was not the main language its probably a good idea to have somebody who speaks the tongue of where your location is at.  If I walked say into Mission San Gabriel obviously I would take somebody that spoke Spanish or the Native American tongue.   -Be Safe-

I agree Doc. As a matter of fact, it's almost as if you're preaching to the choir. This seems a no brainer folks, use people who speak the tongue of those you're trying to reach. Now, to their credit, GHI does at times bring in native speakers, but it seems to me that if you had native speakers there all the time, you could simultaneously produce an english / native version of that episode. The native version could play as a special in the native country.
