help

hey i came on here for help and advice because i have been having paranormal things happen to me more frequently then before. Ever since i was born i could see and hear ghosts or spirits and then as i got older wierder things started to happen. i started to hear peoples thoughts and got more pychic but only on certain things and it seems the more i open up and am able to just do these things the worst things get everythings starting to get spooky now i can predict if something bad will happen or if its a bad black jack card and the more i do this the worst i sleep and it's wierd we had to take down the mirrors in my room because there was banging on the inside of the mirror, then there would sometimes be a person in there looking out at me, i would go for a walk out at night because it got so hot in my room and they would follow me it it was just one of them a man he was all dark like just a shadow of a man but there wasn't anything good of him, then i had my window open and i was trying to sleep but i heard to voices talking about me so i looked out the window and noone was there. i was even home alone one night and the screen door kept opening and shutting i kept looking out and watching it but it was closed and noone was there so when i would turn around it started again i finally sat by the door and opened the first door soon as i heard it opening and it was closed tight. sometimes they call my name. i can't figuire out what they want. i went into the bathroom and there was a young man in there i saw him out of the corner of my eye but when i fully looked he was gone. i don't know what to do, i don't know what they want, what am i supposed to do?? please help.
